The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the hotel's amenities, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and wellness centre was a nice addition. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. "The breakfast area was chaotic and the staff could not keep up with replenishment of breads, spreads, and cold cuts. Lines were too long at the espresso machines. I suggest preparing coffee carafes to be served at the table as an option. I could imagine busy breakfast time volumes are not a surprise so it was odd that the hotel seemed unprepared. Otherwise, the experience was perfect: This hotel is clean and conveniently located. "
