Great location, huge house.

Overall we had a great stay at Villa Des Cyprès. The location is great, you are right in the village of Rognes which is really handy. The garden is great, there was a trampoline for kids as well as swings which was a great surprise. The pool was cleaned and maintained biweekly by the pool man. The kitchen is very well equipped. Overall the property is huge which has been great when having family staying over for couple of nights (but probably too big for a family of 4). Downside with being that big is having young children - as 3 of the bedrooms are on the other side of the house and you wouldn’t be able to hear them cry from the 1st bedroom/outside living space. Unfortunately beds aren’t very comfortable and overall house could do with some modernisation (very much feel like you’re in your grandmother’s house). But we still had a great stay and the house worked well for our holiday.

Au coeur du village

Idéalement située a quelques minutes à pied du coeur du village de Rognes: l'atout majeur de cette maison de famille. Idéal pour faire de petites courses (délicieuse boulangerie!), profiter du petit marché, boire des verres ou diner. La maison est spacieuse mais dans son jus. Elle dispose d'une grand cuisine mais d'uniquement deux salles de bain dont une attenante à une chambre: un peu juste pour un grand groupe. Pour ce qui est de l'extérieur, très grand jardin -moyennement entretenu- aux sublimes cyprès et grande piscine. Nous sommes un groupe d'amis et partons très souvent en vacances ensemble, nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour, l'accessibilité au village à pied y a beaucoup contribué, mais nous avons manqué d'espaces de vie en intérieur comme en extérieur où pouvoir profiter tous ensemble. Fabien et Cédric de Serenity Rentals ont été très disponibles. La maison a un immense potentiel mais de nombreuses améliorations sont nécessaires pour rendre idéal le séjour.
