The house, on 2 living levels has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for 6 people. <br><br><br>- GROUND FLOOR:<br>* A sheltered entrance from a porch. <br>* A modern and fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, ideal for preparing your meals while staying in touch with your loved ones.<br>* A spacious living room with a large dining table and a comfortable and bright living room.<br> * A large terrace of 100m2 with garden furniture plus a covered patio with large table.<br> * A small terrace with lounge. <br>* WC in the entrance.<br> * A 30m2 bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, offering direct access to the outside.
