Rooms aren't very sound proof. No microwaves in the room. We had no trash bags in our room. Little refrigerator under bathroom counter in bathroom was very odd. No complimentary breakfast without extra fees. Have stayed at alot of hotels and this is one i wouldnt reccomend.

Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Dylan the bartender was so much fun, my sides hurt from laughing so much. Definitely booking again for our return trip

The toilet would not work and had begun to overflow onto the floor. We spoke with front desk and she told us that she couldn’t leave the desk to come and check the matter out. We then asked for a plunger at least, the young lady left a plunger in a bag filled with feces for us to use at the front desk. We made the decision to leave at that point, in which was a full inconvenience at 12:00am. I called the next morning to speak with a manager and I spoke with Megan. Currently we are awaiting and update from Megan, I’ve emailed to inquire about the progress to see if she’d spoken to Expedia and there was no reply. While I do understand that people get busy, as a paying customer who couldn’t even enjoy a nights rest, I expect more urgency around this matter. A refund is fully deserved at this point and I will continue to call until I get that.

Got in late for the night. TV had signal for about 10 minutes, but was out the rest of the night. May have been weather factor. Sheets smelled sour like they sat in a washer machine wet for a few days. Carpet by bed near bathroom glazed window was wet and had a pet urine smell. Breakfast had sign to order at reception desk, but no one around for 10 minutes. Other than these, the property was great. Staff was very friendly.

Pretty nice place all in all!!
Although the hotel was showing a 3-star, and I usually stay at 4 or better, it was an adequate place to stay. I really like the fact that people were actually downstairs in the lobby at the bar or in front of the fireplace or even playing pool and when we left the next morning for lunch the downstairs was pact with families as Santa was there taking pictures and seeing the kids. I thought that was different and nice. The staff was amazing and the set up was also nice. Although my room was a bit small, it served its purpose. I would stay here again if I had too.

Stay somewhere else, but visit their bar!
It's not worth what you pay. My first room was so horrible the got me a different room. The new room included holes in the bathroom door, a broken shower handle, outlets that didn't work, hangers that broke when I hung my shirts on them, an uncomfortably small room, and hallways with trash in them. The hotel bar is great! Stay somewhere else and visit the bar.

My dog gives you 4 stars (me too)
The staff checked in with me by message several times to make sure the room was what I needed. Very thoughtful! Staff was also very kind and friendly with my dog which was greatly appreciated. Available dog treats at the door were a great welcome for him too!

We booked a Friday night and Saturday night stay in Rogers/Bentonville and paid an inflated price (Over $300 per night v. normally around $160) because there was an Arkansas Razorback game on Saturday. We received a notice under the door and Saturday afternoon that due to "unforeseen circumstances" there would be no service for the rooms on Saurday...no towels, no cleaning the bathroom, and no clean sheets. It was quite the ripoff. Price gouging combined with poor service.

Loud Party in lobby area. Booming music
Loud booming rap music played in their bar/lobby Saturday night until 11:00 pm. The windows in my room were vibrating. I complained but no one cared. They said it was rented for a private party but it was in the lobby/bar area were guests had to pass through. It also reeked of weed. Don’t stay here.

Great hotel. Clean, nice staff. Cool downstairs hangout area with pool table & bar. Perfect location. The interstate is loud beside the hotel and the shades are not completely room darkening. So if these are things that will bother you then I would plan accordingly. I always carry a little fan while traveling to block out noise. But the stay was great for me & my husband.
