"Vi hadde booket via hotels.com og fått beskjed om at stedet ikke hadde resepsjon, men at vi ville bli møtt av ansatte ved ankomst. Vi møtte i det ordinære tidsrommet for innsjekking, men ingen annsatte møtte oss. Det var heller ingen informasjon ved inngangen om hva vi burde gjøre, og vi hadde planer som krevde at vi måtte skifte tøy. Imidlertid var inngangsdøren ulåst, så vi banket på og gikk inn.
