The first level features a game room with pool table (with removable ping pong top), wet bar with mini-fridge and a microwave, a TV/DVD with sound system and speakers to the deck and pool area, and opens to a deck with direct access to the private pool and hot tub. This level also offers two bedrooms: one with two pyramid bunks and one with king bed and access to the semi-private handicap friendly bathroom with roll-in shower and roll-under sink. The mid-level of the home features three bright and spacious master bedrooms each with its own private bath and deck access: one with king bed, one with queen bed and one with pyramid bunks. The top level features the final king master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub in its private bath and access to the top level deck.. Create gourmet meals in the large, open kitchen and enjoy them in the open dining area. After dinner, watch a movie on the 50" LCD Smart TV in the adjoining great room. The TV is connected to an 11-speaker sound system, DVD player and Netflix streaming movies. Relax on quiet days reading a good book on the oceanview decks or head out to enjoy any number of outdoor activities from paddleboarding to fishing off the Rodanthe Pier. With blue skies, vast ocean views and plenty to do, SALTY LIL BEACH will be your guilty pleasure.
