* DISHES: Load all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle * FOOD: Remove all food from refrigerator/pantry/cabinets

* TRASH: Empty all rooms into a large trash bag, tie and put them in the bins outside and roll it to the street * SECURITY: Ensure all the doors/windows on all the levels are closed and locked

Nice place

This property was exactly as advertised. We had great week with family. Exerything worked well. Short walk to the beach great location. We would definitely choose this place again.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. It had everything we needed and was very clean and nice. The host was very responsive and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub. It was a short walk to the beach over a little sand dune. Great for a large family or group of friends. Beautiful house and location.
