"This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. You can hear the ocean at all times. We always like a oceanfront view and although this wasn't an oceanfront view....

"We loved Ritzy Roost- It was clean, beautiful and the location is fabulous. The kitchen had everything we needed and the building had elevator access, and friendly quiet neighbors. The deck was awesome for sunrises with coffee. My ONLY complaint- is that though the management company responds to requests, they don't do anything. Seriously. Two huge bags of dirty bed linens and towels from the guests before us sat on the front step in front of our door THE ENTIRE WEEK WE WERE THERE. After 3 days...

We were on the second floor, so there was a direct view to the ocean with no dune blocking you. "We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. The condo was clean and had a lot of room for our family of 3. The condo could use a little updating. We had an issue with both of the sliding screen doors to the balconies. They just sit on the track without rollers so they're hard to open and close. Also the bathtub in the master bathroom is really hard to get in and out of. But those were very minor inconveniences to our overall stay, just annoying. Otherwise we had an amazing time here...

"This was our second time staying in this condo. It is clean, updated and in a great location for us. The amenities are amazing from the beach equipment to the little soaps. The balcony is my favorite with a beautiful view of the ocean. We saw so many dolphins on our stay and some amazing sunrises! We had a wonderful time between the beach and exploring the area.
