This private first floor residence is 1400sf, renovated top to bottom and sits right on the main channel North Shore at the 4MM for the best views on the lake and perfect sunsets. Open concept, modern kitchen / dining / living room area with quartz countertops, new appliances, and seating for 12. HUGE 46' sun porch overhanging the water! Four bedrooms to sleep 11 comfortably: 1 King room with private entrance and sun porch entrance, 1 Queen room with sun porch entrance, 1 bunk room with 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total), and 1 room with a full and a twin bed. Roku smart TV's in every room. Bring your fishing gear and fish right off the deck adjacent to the Lodge. 3 parking spaces. Private 10x24 boat slip and ramp is available directly across the street in a calm cove for a small fee. This listing is for the entire, private first floor of a 2-story double house. Respectful guests only please, this is not a party house.

Excellent place to stay!

The property was very nice! Especially the inside which was freshly remodeled. There is plenty of room inside for social gatherings, and lots of beds to sleep plenty of people comfortably, and 3 bathrooms was a huge bonus! The property owner was incredibly nice and easy to work with. 10/10 recommended!

Amazing family space

We had 4 generations stay 3 nights. There wasn’t really any place to swim without walking/driving. But the fishermen in the group had a blast. I loved the enclosed porch. The toddler could play while some fished out the windows. Very roomy.
