"We stayed here for a family reunion and the house was great for all of us. Price was less than many others in the neighborhood. Walking distance to Margaritaville. Wonderful big water view from expansive deck. Hot tub was a great touch. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook for our large group. The homeowner was responsive and helpful with questions. We would definitely stay here again."

"We visited from 6/7 to 6/14. I had read some previous reviews prior to our stay so I contacted Randy who assured me everything was up to par. We had pretty much everything we needed. We used the grill a few times, oven and dish washer. All with no issues. His property manager Ernie was prompt with the boat and made sure we knew what to do. Check in was smooth and easy. Overall happy with our stay and Randy seemed to care that we were happy. That was nice. "
