This third-floor condominium is located at Kontiki Beach Resort. It overlooks a canal leading to Aransas Bay. The bedroom features a king bed, and in the living area there is a queen pull out, with “lounger” at one end. WiFi is available in all units. Visitors have access to a small fishing pier, a 1,000-foot fishing pier, a boat ramp, and a pool. There is a community laundry room for all visitors/tenants.
