"I've stayed here several times. Very reliable budget property. No frills, but the room is clean, everything is in good operating order, the water is hot, and the beds are good. As with many motels, park right outside the door to your room. Property is set back from Shady Grove Road, so traffic noise is not a problem. Several restaurants within a 5-minute drive, 7-11 within walking distance. "
"The property was up to the Marriott standard, but what set this location apart was the people. Every person we interacted with was pleasant and professional. What a pleasure!"

"The rooms were clean and well designed. Plenty of parking with multiple entries with key card. no on-site laundry and there was no microwave in our room. Convenient location to Washington Dulles airport, shopping, and restaurants. Hotel was quiet for a peaceful rest thank you."
"Delightful stay in a very comfortable home. My kids and wife LOVED the house and all its amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the wifi worked great, and the owners were highly responsive to any questions or issues I raised. Also, the location was great and allowed us to visit friends and see sites within minutes. Would highlyh recommend this house."
"I was looking for a dog-friendly place where I could decompress after more than 24 hours of travel with my two energetic dogs and where there was parking and enough room bc I had to add a trailer to my car. I had several questions before I arrived, and the owners were very responsive. Once there, there were a few minor issues, and the owner responded very timely and with solutions. Overall, it was a great stay and I had a chance to meet Jean and he was such a nice guy!! For anyone looking at this property, I do think it's helpful to know that the 1BR that is available is a portion of the house, and has the same entrance as another VRBO property (I think the owners split the basement into two units). I felt incredibly comfortable and safe there, but I know from reading VRBO comments in general, people like ot know these things, so worth mentioning. Also, the property is not entirely fenced, and in the home book, it requests that dogs remain on leash and there are parts of the property they ask them to not go on. This can work just fine for some dogs, but not for others, so very good to know in advance."
"The only good things about this stay were the check in process and the location was closed to where I was working, along with the house being nice. With that out of the way, this experience was WELL BELOW EXPECTATIONS! First off, there were rats in the backyard as a result of neighboring yards not being maintained, rendering the yard completely useless for my dog and I in order to avoid catching Lepto! Also, the backyard was not maintained at all! Next, somebody’s socks were found in the basement and somebody’s nasal medicine was found in the kitchen (I assume the actual owner?) there was also a bunch of damage that I noted to the team. (I didn’t worry about the sock because it wasn’t a big deal to me.)Next my work project site was shut down a week into my stay and I had to return home to Cleveland. On top of that, Andrew refused to refund me the rest of the trip and refused to cancel it! The site remained closed for the rest of the month, opens May 5th, the Monday after I was scheduled to leave the house; however, since I had to not only go back to Cleveland a week in, I no longer felt that the house/area was safe for my dog and I! Andrew also refused to communicate with me directly and just had his assistants talk to me! Talk about unprofessional!Next, there’s no pool! Not sure why that’s even in the list.Next, there was a southern black widow in the basement that crawled in from the water heater room, that could’ve severely harmed us! Stay away from this rental group!!"
