"It is the perfect pet friendly lodging. This was our second trip and just as convenient and comfortable as the first trip a month ago. The villa is well stocked and roomy"
Charming house close to Dulles Airport and Dulles Town Center in Sterling
10/10 Excellent
"Host was kind and helpful. Apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. It has all the amenities needed for my week stay. There’s free parking available, and grocery stores close by. I enjoyed the delicious figs from the backyard tree.I strongly recommend staying at this place. I will stay here the next time I go back to the area."
"Delightful stay in a very comfortable home. My kids and wife LOVED the house and all its amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the wifi worked great, and the owners were highly responsive to any questions or issues I raised. Also, the location was great and allowed us to visit friends and see sites within minutes. Would highlyh recommend this house."
"I was looking for a dog-friendly place where I could decompress after more than 24 hours of travel with my two energetic dogs and where there was parking and enough room bc I had to add a trailer to my car. I had several questions before I arrived, and the owners were very responsive. Once there, there were a few minor issues, and the owner responded very timely and with solutions. Overall, it was a great stay and I had a chance to meet Jean and he was such a nice guy!! For anyone looking at this property, I do think it's helpful to know that the 1BR that is available is a portion of the house, and has the same entrance as another VRBO property (I think the owners split the basement into two units). I felt incredibly comfortable and safe there, but I know from reading VRBO comments in general, people like ot know these things, so worth mentioning. Also, the property is not entirely fenced, and in the home book, it requests that dogs remain on leash and there are parts of the property they ask them to not go on. This can work just fine for some dogs, but not for others, so very good to know in advance."
"We would not recommend. The place is very dated, the pictures make it look much nicer than it is. Overall we had a very bad experience. When we checked in it very hot, 79 degrees, and we discovered the AC was not working. We reported it, they sent and HVAC person the next day, he said it needed to be replaced. I then spent that day of vacation working with the property management person on figuring out if the owner would replace it or not. Quite frankly not what I should have to do while on vacation. They replaced it the following day, but it still wasn't working. They had to send the HVAC person again. So we didn't have AC until mid 4th day of our stay. Also, they were missing basic things, kitchen linens, kitchen sponges were old and gross, pots and pans that were usable, toaster, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, basic bathroom toiletries, etc. I reported and they did drop some items off, not all, which I than had to wash. Making me do laundry (no laundry soap provided) and dishes that I didn't use. The basement bath was half renovated, both the upstairs hall bath and basement bath toilets didn't flush fully, they sent someone to fix them, said they were, but they weren't and wanted to come back again. At that point I just didn't want anyone else in and out of the place. It was more work and inconvience for me, so tols them just to fix them after we checked out. They have a lot to fix before they should rent this place. While they did give us a discount for 3 nights with "
