Like that we can walk to everything we’ll just about, didnt like the construction that was going on at the hotel, no restaurant in hotel and bit small bathrooms but everything else was wonderful

We have stayed at this resort many times over the years and are very disappointed w what it has become . NO BREAKFAST ANYMORE, NO CABLE. building is a construction zone came back from site seeing to a giant man lift 6 inchs from my vehicle blocking it in. and the parking lot is in shambles . The new owners need to learn you must spend money to make money i will no longer be recommending Tradewinds to say the least.

Building was somewhat dilapidated. Missing lightbulb in bathroom. Fake fingernail in trashcan. Dirty floor upon arrival. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful!

Bunch of crack head workers, no teeth , liquor breath smelling workers, manager is even worse. Oh I forgot to mention racist too. Stained sheets, AC smelled like fire, heard they have electrical issues. I hope they don’t burn down.

I like the fact that the rooms were clean and spacious. Although it was a short stay the food nearby was great and plenty of small stores within walking distance to grab necessary items.

Clean room close to downtown area. Only negative is that no one was there to check everyone out at 7 am. We had to wait until after 7:30 but breakfast was available.

No hot water
The rug and chair in the room need a good deep cleaning. The room had a little bit of a funk, had to open the slider to air it out. I had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the water to get even mildly warm! Not super but not crappy either.

The place desperately needs a renovation. Rooms are reasonably clean but the halls smell funny and there were weeds growing on our balcony. The price was right and it is centrally located in Rockland. The staff was friendly and tried to help.

The room itself was nice. Easy check in. Clean, comfortable bed. However, we came in on a Friday night Sept.23. The adjoining Inn is problematic, a staff told us they are having issues with ppl that aren’t staying there hanging around the inn, uninvited guests in the halls. There is a shared parking lot. Loud at night. Granted it was a Friday night, cars racing in the street below our room, people yelling and drunk at 2:00 am. It wasn’t a touristy vibe, but felt pretty sketchy…. Didn’t feel safe wandering at 8:00 at night looking for a beer.

One of 2 ceiling lights not working. Bathtub faucet was barely functioning, signs of water damage, balcone covered with pigeon poop, very unhealthy and disgusting so as to render the desired space unusable. Not given refills of soap and shampoo. Size was insufficient for a proper wash. The rate for this space was exorbitant considering the furniture was stained and dirty and wouldn't be acceptable at a roadside motel 6. We were given unusable entry keys upon arrival and had to wait until 10pm to get working ones. Altogether an unpleasant experience. The issue were brought to the attention of mgmt but nothing was done. Upon checking out, I was handed an extra bill for $15. Due to booking on line. A really nasty surprise! I will never stay at this property and will warn others away from it. Great central location but not good enough for the price and conditions .
