Hi Anonymous Guest, thank you for taking the time to review us. We hope that you enjoyed your room. Over the years we have been undergoing numerous upgrades & alterations to have our Free Wifi improved to its maximum capacity. As you are probably aware we are on 10 acres & with that comes a lot of ground to cover. We are constantly in contact with our internet provider and IT companies on how to better our service for our guests. We thought we had our internet service up to par, as we have not had any complaints in over 3 months. However with your recent review we will definitely investigate this matter further. The best thing for us going forward would be to have your name & room number so this particular instance can be addressed appropriately. In regards to our staff member, firstly we apologise that you feel their response was not appropriate. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of horrid weather conditions in the last few weeks- fires, rain, storms & wind. These are all HUGE contributing factors to the extent of our wifi capabilities. Unfortunately we are unable to control how the weather affects this. I hope this has helped ease your mind however as previously said, I will need you to contact us with further information to narrow it down to the area in which you stayed in. We hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. It is great to hear that you enjoyed your stay. If you are wanting a room with a couch, we do have Chalets which have a separate living area with a couch. Next time I would suggest trying one of these.
