It was nice and clean,apartment was spacious, good for a family of 4 with the 2 bedrooms and the lounge. Nice complimentary things like water, coffee, tea and biscuits. Conveniently next to aldi. Pool was good. A little bit far from bus stops (15 min walk).

Cleanliness of room is most important to us. Reception was warm and accommodating. Only suggestion would be great to have a microwave in the premium rooms.

Hi, It always pays to read the T&C's when booking early hours of the morning. We also told Clayton to cancel his booking as we didn't have your money. If you wish to call in with ID we can refund you the net amount as we have now been paid.

We were in room 10 and in what must have been the wheelchair accessible room. Slept 4 in the main room... bathroom became a slip and slide after the first shower-thankfully there were extra towels supplied to help.

This motel is a good quality country motel that would be good for short stays and obviously popular because the car park was full every night

We found as budget accommodation it was fine. A microwave would've been good, otherwise it was pleasant.

Hi Karl, We do apologise that your stay wasn’t as comfortable as it should have been. Your original booking had you in one of the upstairs rooms away from the renovations, but we had a note in our system letting us know you prefer downstairs, so we moved you to the only downs stairs room available at that time. We had noted at the start of our reno’s on Expedia’s & the Best Western sites that work is being carried out, we also advised you upon arrival. We have also addressed your concerns with the builders & they have advised that they do comply with all WH&S guidelines. We do hope that you will stay with us again.
