Unique to Northern Illinois, this Spanish style Villa boasts five patios, a furnished balcony, a gazebo for the perfect small wedding and capacity of 10 + for sleeping. An outdoor dry Cantina with funk is only one of the many surprises you will find as you look at every turn to something unexpected. This property is filled with beautiful furnishings and offers a gas fireplace, Bar & Coffee Bar, game table, two TVs hidden in beautiful armoires, many seating areas, a furnished balcony off of the upper level that boasts a 12 foot ceiling. A large walk in shower on the upper level and a jet tub in the lower bathroom offers any level of self-care desired.

This place was amazing. Definitely the most interesting place I have ever stayed! The decor was eclectic and fun, the beds were super comfortable, very clean and inviting! We arrived and they had the fireplace going for us! Such a nice touch. Sadly, I was there for my father’s funeral but this vrbo was so welcoming, we all felt at peace. Thank you!

Very clean property, loved the hot tub which is also very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beds are comfortable. We had a great time!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Sedona house in Rockford! The home was beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Everything we needed was provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy linens, and the thoughtful touches made it feel extra special. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the location was convenient for getting around town. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which made the whole process stress-free.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future! It's truly a relaxing place.

Great Trip!

We had a small friends get-together for a birthday party and really enjoyed the property. The outdoor spaces are excellent and fit a group of 6-8 well. The arcade was a fun touch!

The Sedona house is a vibe!

My mom and I spent Mother’s Day here and had a wonderful time! This property is super unique and literally feels like another world! Super clean and everything you could need to feel right at home! Super close and convenient everything as well and the host was so friendly. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

A wonderful escape

We really weren’t able to stay as long as we wanted to, but Marlene’s place is just fantastic! My 220 something year old kids stayed with me and there’s a hot tub, a bunch of arcade games and so much wonderful outdoor space!

I had me and a few of my friends stay here for my 21st birthday and it was absolutely amazing!! The place was super clean l, spacious, and had plenty of games and toiletries for our use. In a great location near stores and things to do in the area. Also had some nice cats that hung outside with us :)

A Fun and Unique Property

We six had plenty of room and a comfortable stay. The decor was amazing, a very fun surprise. Sadly, the weather was too cold to spend time in the gorgeous grounds. The location was good and we were able to explore Rockford.

Family friendly entertainment

This was a great place to gather with our kids and grandkids. We didn't have to find any other place for entertainment because the Cantina, fire pit, hot tub and various areas were perfect for our ever-shifting groups.

Easter Getaway

House was great, very large, everything you would need to relax and enjoy your stay. Backyard is amazing and great place to gather and hangout. Neighborhood isn’t perfect but never felt unsafe, appreciated the large fence and ability to park inside the fence. Overall great time would definitely stay there again.

Great find in Rockford!

We needed a meeting point as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Anderson Japanese Gardens. This awesome listing fit the bill perfectly, and allow us to have a private place to retreat to before and after the event. Marlene was the most communicative host I’ve ever had and the property is in fantastic shape.

My husband and I absolutely loved the house! The house and grounds were so unique and beautiful! We loved the big master suite, the hot tub, the cantina, and the game room the best! We had everything we could need and were very comfortable. We wished we had been able to stay longer. :)

Family Wedding Getaway

We came from other states to be together in the same spot. Attended a family wedding in Rockford, but we kept gravitating back to the Sedona. We especially enjoyed the Cantina and the fire pits. It was so enjoyable to constantly discover hidden areas and so much creative decor! We really want to come back and stay longer.
