"The gentleman that works the desk in the evening is awful. Expedia didn't confirm my reservation with the hotel even tho I prepaid through Expedia and the gentleman had no care in the world and told me there was nothing he could do. I had to sit there and look stupid pulling reservations codes and documents saying I paid for the nights for him to finally look into the hotel email to find my reservation... once that was taken care of he gave us the room and it was an okay room but had no microwave or fridge and I booked the room for 4 nights with two kids.. found out there was rooms (empty) that had both a microwave and fridge.. annoyed was the mood, breakfast was okay but not enough space for everyone to sit and you can't take the food items outta the breakfast year. Pool was nice but freezing when we were there but it was the end of January. Would I stay there again no... "

"Close to everything Universal Studios and Convention Center. The units for the A/C were a little loud at night, but the hotel was great!"

"Bare bones hotel with clueless staff. Keys didn't work the first time, so we hauled our luggage back down stairs and ALL THE WAY back to the front of the property to ask for another set. Spoiler: They gave us keys to someone else's room, and thank goodness their security lock was being used. We attempted to enter the room 2 separate times with 2 separate sets of keys until a maintenance man accompanied us and then knocked loud enough (at midnight) to wake up the poor soul that was sleeping. Imagine if we had entered and he'd been carrying for self defense?! They offered us nothing for the inconvenience of lugging out things all over the property in the middle of the night and potentially creating a very dangerous situation for us. I would never stay at this property again. "

"This place was really nice, with the newly renovated rooms. While there, we can tell that the owners took great care in making sure the place looks attractive and pleasing to those that stay there. New plants were being installed around the pool area. "

"Overall it was a good stay. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Shout out to the older Asian looking gentleman (wasn’t able to get his name), our server at Sunshine cafe. He was probably the best server we’ve ever had. Food at the restaurants are just ok. They are, in my opinion quite pricey. The hotel is old. Our door won’t shut all the way. Sink was clogged but the got it fixed immediately. Shuttle service to the theme parks was great. If you missed the shuttle, you can walk to the park and back to the hotel. We will definitely stay there again."
