"The heat didn’t work right I kinda freezed it out all night, room was clean lil dusty and the room window had hand prints on it, staff were excellent very friendly n kind, much business friendly"

"Room was clean and the beds were comfy. Some room for improvement in common areas (elevator was noisy and jolty, hall carpet badly needs re-stretching or replacement). Staff were fantastic, breakfast was very good. The pool area is geared towards kids for sure, but my 12 year old had fun and there was plenty of seating for parents to supervise."

"We stayed two nights. Both mornings there was a hand-written note on yellow notebook paper on the fridge in the breakfast area that there was no milk. Two days in a row. Surely management could have sent someone over to Target to buy a gallon. Breakfast serving counter was not wiped and a large overflowing bowl of yogurt was always present."
