"This was the second time that we stayed here. It is very peaceful. We love watching the beautiful sunsets from the back deck. There's nothing like relaxing by the water. We enjoyed riding our bikes along the bike path right outside the front door. Plenty to do up and down the river: museums, shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreation. Most places are within a 30-minute drive or less."

The area was great and locals extremely friendly. We quickly fell in love with LeClaire, can’t wait to come back & would love to again stay here. 10/10 recommend."

"We had a such a great time in this rental property. The view is phenomenal! With the jacuzzi, wow! My friends and I fished the whole day and we we're catching fish left and right! So fun! The place is neat, and well taken care of. Spacious parking, and plenty of space inside and out. Overall experience at this place is 10 out of 10 stars! For sure we'll be back sooner than expected!"

Once we got to the house I was amazed at how roomy and clean the house is. The owner thought of everything! Lots of space and very well kept we would definitely stay here again!"

"This is our 4th time staying here. The house is very clean and very spacious for our family. We just loved seeing the sunset every night and the view of the river is so beautiful. We loved our time here. The house always smells so good. The host is great to work with and always very responsive when needed. It is close to every place we had to go in Davenport. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"There was nothing that I can think of that we needed while there except maybe a spider detector. This place couldn’t have been more conducive to our needs. The nearby park was beautiful to walk to. There are plenty of churches to choose from. We felt very relaxed and at home. The only thing that creeped me out was the big spider in my bed and one in the shower the next morning. Both of which were obliterated. Thanks!"

"Super cool, super clean, great location in a super cute area! We had a GREAT time on our relaxing weekend getaway. Being right on the riverfront with a great view through the front windows was pretty great. "This is such a neat historic home with lots of room for the 8 of us to spread out and also be together around the table playing games. The weather didn't quite cooperate the night we were planning to have a fire, but there is a fire ring with plenty of wood available and lots of outdoor seating. The backyard is large and fenced, and we were glad to see the cornhole game (even though I am possibly the worst player ever). Communication was great! I still cannot believe how big the bedrooms are,...

"This home has a wonderful enclosed front porch overlooking the Mississippi. We watched an eagle catch a fish right in front of us, and enjoyed the barge traffic going by. We also had spectacular sunrises while there. This home has PLENTY of room for a group. The only downside - the freight trains going through feet from the back of the home in the middle of the night blowing their horn. This woke us up at least 3 times a night."

"Room was spacious, walkin shower was nice with good water pressure but it did take time to adjust hot water. Very quiet on our 2nd floor room. Mattress could be improved as it was a spring type and not very comfortable. "The property was excellent. Our room was excellent. We drove for 10 hours to get to that stop of our trip and the gal that was in charge of the desk at 1:00 in the morning was rude as can be. We were exhausted and had called twice to make sure our room didn’t get cancelled on us and she was straight up rude and unpleasant to deal with. Everything else was great but the overnight gal was not and I hope others that have spent the time and money to get there don’t have to deal with her."
