- Enjoy the comfortable elegance of this historic beauty - with a large fenced-in backyard, garden & firepit. Lovingly restored in 2023, this property is perfect for a quiet family getaway or entertaning a group of friends! The main floor features an open kitchen, formal dining room, cozy living room with fireplace, 4-seasons room and a pub/game room! Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms - three with full en suite bathrooms! There is also an upstairs screened sunroom sleeping porch. Across from St. Paul Lutheran Church, the home is just one block from St. Ambrose University, The Outing Club and VanderVeer Park's iconic fountain and Conservatory. And it's just a short walk for groceries, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries. Treat yourself to a stay at this one-of-a-kind property!
