We really wanted to lie down in the afternoon, but had to wait for the change of sheet which took 10-15 min. When we returned to the room after dinner, we spotted a rat near the ceiling. "First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel. An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site. Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad.
