Welcome to this bright and charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, perfect for your stay.

I'm excited to host you and am happy to assist with any questions or booking details. We offer a variety of short-term rentals to suit different needs and budgets!

Located just 2 blocks from the Mayo Clinic campus, this home features a main-floor bedroom and bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second level. Amazing host and great property! Was close proximity to walk to appointments at Mayo or catch a quick Uber. Home has everything you could need. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Host was such a great communicator. Highly recommend.

This home is Central to the Mayo clinic The home is very nice and clean with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We would be back in a few months and definitely be staying here

Cute and cozy

It is located very close to Mayo clinic and walking trails. The home was warm, clean, and had everything we needed for 12 days. The beds were comfy as well. We will be staying hereagain if ever in the area

Great place to stay!

My friends and I travel a lot on our motorcycle. There was plenty of space for parking and the house was great. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with supplies. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the house to anyone.

Clean comfortable and convenient

Well maintained with well stocked bathrooms kitchen and laundry room. Very quiet. Close to Mayo Clinic and shopping. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Rochester, MN.

This is definitely one of our favorite stays when we come for our yearly checkups! This cute little house makes you feel right at home! The patio in the back yard is our favorite hangout, and the wildlife back there never disappoints! Broc is an awesome host and always accommodating! Close enough to Mayo Clinic to walk, and gas station and grocery store around the corner! Thank you once again for the amazing stay!

It was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. It was easy to enter. The host was available immediately when we had a question. We could easily adjust the heat and cooling. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This house was perfect for our needs. Staying a few days visiting family in the area. Quiet neighborhood, ac was great upstairs too. Very close to everything. Very clean and well laid out. Appreciate a first floor bedroom for our elderly Mom, with full baths on both levels!

Lovely little home

This cute house was just perfect for our stay. I had 4 days of Mayo testing stress and this home was a nice escape where we could cook, relax and recharge. It was spotless and welcoming. Downstairs bed was comfy, and perfect for a yet healing back after a major surgery. Would definitely stay again. Broc was responsive and kind in all communication. :)

Comfortable housing near Mayo Clinic and downtown

We were contacted by host several times after making reservation. He offered assistance, information, and advice for our stay. Broc was immediately accessible throughout our stay, outstanding host. Property is five short blocks from Mayo Clinic (Methodist Hospital Campus, downtown). Area is walkable, clean, and appeared to be quiet and safe. Within four blocks of subway and skyway access. House is old, located in well established, older part of town. Modern kitchen appliances (gas cooking). Markets, shops, and restaurants close by. We stayed for six weeks and will do so again when we return next year.

A very easy 12 minute walk to Mayo. Nice walking trail 2 blocks away that follows a creek.The house is clean with nice bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.

Excellent stay

This home not only met, but exceeded our needs for my family’s weekend in Rochester. Communication with the homeowner was very easy and I found Broc to be very responsive to all my questions. As a result, check-in was a breeze. We found the house to be very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. We come to Rochester frequently. If possible, we will stay here again.
