The Best of Southwest Rochester, MN

  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

    Much care has been taken to update and maintain the home. You’ll find beautiful hardwood floors, newer windows, custom window treatments, new furnishings, newer appliances, beautifully landscaped fenced yard and more. The home is located on the bike trail, near recreational parks, and golf course, on the bus line, near shopping and dining. This property was my home from January 1999 - January 2024
    The space
    Full kitchen and dining area. Living room and family room. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed. One bath. Home office with desk and comfortable lounge chair. Washer and dryer. Home is fully equipped with many convenience amenities. Home has hardwood floors. One car attached garage with plenty of parking in driveway and on street.

    Single family home, on one level. Fenced yard with beautiful landscaping.
