Perfect for our family trip

Everything about this Vrbo was excellent. My family raved about the lay-out, location and access to everything. It really felt like we were returning home everytime we pulled in.

We chose your place because of the location and it did not disappoint. We were close to the multi-use trail system, a city park, the downtown district, restaurants, shopping and much more. Great getaway!

ok home

Home was clean and located near many things. The furniture in home seems new but is not ideal for older guests as it is very low to ground. Overall was a fine stay.

Perfect location

Couldn't love this location for us more. The park was so close. House was quiet. Wish there had been pickleball gear for the brand new courts across the bridge!

Spacious home

We had to gather a lot of family on short notice to say goodbye to a dying family member and this space was perfect for us all to gather and grieve together. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone and it was conveniently lovlcated near parks and walking trails for our kiddos.

Great

The house was very nice and clean. It was located across the street from a park that was also very nice. Communication with the owners was a nice easy process, Douglas and Kris were quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay here again for sure.

Comfortable VRBO

Everything worked out fine for us. There are multiple levels and stairs, but did not hinder our stay at all. Great views of the park. And we liked the location too! It was nice to be able to use the garage and garage door remotes.Bedrooms were all set up nice.It worked out very well for our needs!

Decent house and location

Here's a review for the VRBO house: We had a pleasant stay at this house, which had everything we wanted. The laundry facilities and outdoor gas grill were a big plus! However, the bathrooms could have been cleaner. A helpful tip for future guests: if you are expecting extras like soaps in the bathroom and condiments in the kitchen, they were not provided. All in all it was a decent house and location for what we needed! ---

Great Location! Nice home, lots of space

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! There was a lot of space. The layout is unique, so it makes it a little hard to congregate in the same room and we had elderly people who struggle with steps. Many steps up and down throught the home. Overall, it was clean and nice. Could use some maintenance. Lots of broken closet doors and bedroom doors that are dragging on the carpet.

We will probably try this again. The property is convenient to east Rochester with food and grocery close. It is extremely quiet and a lovely quiet park across the street. It was nice to pull our cars into the garage and have access to the garage door opener. Our cost for 3 nights equaled what we while have paid for 1 night in a hotel. I feel like there are renovations that are not complete and maybe the contractor ran out of time before our arrival. There was a contractor sign in the yard for our stay, which tells me there are renovations in process. The bath tubs were not desirable but doable. Mattresses were really firm but the pillows were nice. Some kitchen supplies need replaced. There were some other indications that there were projects in process. There are 6 levels in this house, steps are visible in the description, but actually more than anticipated. As a group, we felt this stay was probably an “8” out of 10. Definitely not the 9.5 that we were expecting. But feel that with a little more elbow grease and TLC, this could be a 9 or 10.

Great for Family

We really enjoyed the location of this house being a corner lot, nice neighborhood and right across from the park. Our family appreciated having two family rooms with smart TVs and the downstairs fridge and dining table. It provided spaces to go when we all needed a break from eachother :) There are several small sets of stairs, some wood - so if you have mobilty issues or small children, it may not be an ideal floor plan. One level does have 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and another level has one bedroom, one office w/futon and a bathroom.

I am not good at titles

Larger than I thought it would be. Beds were a little hard on my back but I can't very well expect a mattress switch. Clear instructions and expectations. Corner lot overlooking a park. Lots of people going for walks. Easy driving distance to shopping and restaurants without being loud

Beautiful Spacious House Near Mayo

**We could not sleep 10 people on the beds as listed* Overall we were very pleased with the property. The location was in a quiet area near a lot of parks and the clinic. The house was beautifully decorated, although there wasn't a large gathering space--more little areas here and there. So great if you're looking to do multiple different activities, a little hard if you're trying to all sit together for dinner. It had all the necessary appliances/equipment that you need in a kitchen and plenty of parking. The bed situation: The king and queen beds were as listed, but the futon was smaller than a twin size mattress (6'x3.3'), which does not fit two people as listed. It also had very little cushioning--maybe .5"-1" and then wooden backing. It did not have a mattress like you'd expect for a futon. Thankfully we planned to have two kids on it, so one kid slept with me in the king (just what you want on vacation!) and the other slept on the futon. She was debating whether to switch to the floor after one night because it was so hard.
