Discounted Oasis! 5 Star-3 Bedroom Showstopping Duplex 4 Minutes to Mayo Clinic!
- Come join us for a fantastic stay in a well-appointed 3-bedroom 1 bath UPPER-LEVEL DUPLEX located just 4 minutes from Mayo Clinic? This unit is recently remodeled, beautifully furnished and very convenient.
You will find everything you might need to recover from a surgery or to feel at home while seeking treatment.
The house is child friendly with a nice selection of toys and books to keep the little ones occupied. Pack-n-Play and highchair are available.
Dogs are welcome with a charge of $50/dog.
High speed internet is included and one of the bedrooms contains a dedicated workspace.
The unit includes access to a SHARED LAUNDRY which is down one flight of stairs in the lower-level of the building. Laundry products are available.
There is plenty of on and off-street parking.
