Real Talk: Our property has been on the market for about a year now and EVERY person that has stayed here has said it is the best one they've ever stayed in. we are not a professional management company, we are the owners that simply set it up that way we would want our own personal home, eg, the air is filtered with 3 systems (5" air filter + central Reme UV treatment + summer dehumidification to prevent mould), the water is softened and drinking water is treated (Reverse Osmosis system at the sink and connected to the new fridge water+ice maker), everything is refreshed with new paint, original hardwood floors were all sanded and sealed (no carpet except for under bed area), all new leather furniture, very well-equipped kitchen, desk area (external monitor, laser printer & 1-gig internet), 3 large TVs with streaming channels, off-street parking, across the street from St Mary's, but on quiet, tree-lined street (but still in middle of restaurants, coffee shops, etc), essentially as well placed as it gets.
