I believe the staff is well intentioned but they are under-staffed. I was there 3 nights. No one ever came in to clean/check my room. I didn't need anyone to make my bed and I'm ok with the same towels for 3 days but I had to go looking for toilet paper and never got my coffee pods replaced with ...
