The location of the property is lovely and the rooms though small, are nicely decorated with a great bed. A coffee machine and milk.wpuld be a nice touch over the instant coffee, and the room had quite a musty odor, but staff were helpful ans kind

The hotel was very nice, however our meal at the hotel dinning room was subpar. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service. Someone forgot our order and we waited over two hours for our dinner to arrive. We saw people seated after us get meals and no one came to explain or apologize. Once the food arrived it was bland and cold.

Bel endroit, belle prestation!

Une nuit passée dans ce bel hôtel du centre ville. Jolie chambre, environnement exceptionnel. Nous avons apprécié les efforts pour le plateau de courtoisie avec une carafe d'eau, des sachets de thé/tisane présentés dans une boîte métallique. Les produits de la salle d'eau ne sont pas biologiques, on peut le regretter. Continuer dans ce sens.

Hotellerie très bien, restaurant décevant

Cadre splendide au bord de la Charente, beaucoup de verdure. Bâtiment historique très bien restauré. Chambre spacieuse agrémentée par une grande anti-chambre. Belle décoration, salle de bains et WC séparés. Propreté irréprochable. Très bon accueil, souci du client. Seul "bémol", à la sortie de l'ascenseur, bien en évidence, 3 poubelles de tri sélectif qui ne font pas très "classe" et jurent avec la décoration. Côté restaurant, nous avons été déçus par une carte réduite et un menu, toujours les mêmes pendant 5 jours, à tel point que nous n'avons pris que les 2 premiers diners, (le 1er soir, service très bien, le 2ème , le personnel était débordé, et ce fut n'importe quoi.). Par contre, le petit déjeuner express proposé à 8 € est tout à fait suffisant (personnel très attentif).
