schön gelegenes Castello

Das Castello liegt sehr schön auf einem Hügel mit Rundumsicht auf die Gegend. Der Garten ist sehr natürlich angelegt, in dem man sich gerne aufhält. Das Zimmer (Nr.200) selbst war etwas dunkel und hätte gemütlicher eingerichtet sein können, wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Der nette Nachbar Mohammed und die beiden Katzen haben unseren Aufenthalt nochmal verschönert. Bei Problemen war Brunella immer zur Stelle und hat alles dafür getan, damit wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben. Auch wenn das Castello selbst schön gelegen ist, fanden wir die Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung nicht ganz so ideal. Interessante Ziele wie Siena, der Strand oder Mount Amiata sind mindestens eine Autostunde entfernt. Roccastrada selbst hat außer einem Coop leider nicht viel zu bieten. Die Kommunikation mit Interchalet (Anbieter) war ein Ärgernis, da in Notsituationen am Wochenende, entgegen ihrer schriftlichen 24/7 Zusage, grundsätzlich niemand erreichbar war.

Auf einem Hügel mitten in den ...

Auf einem Hügel mitten in den Wein und Oliven Bergen gelegenes Castello, vom Besitzer in Jahren selbst Restauriert, im Wald durch einen Hohlweg mir einem Sportwagen etwas schlecht erreichbar, ging dann aber doch. Sehr nette Freundschaftliche Anbindung andie Familie. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in Roccostrada gut. Wir kommen wieder. Reisetipps: Das Meer ist in 30 , Rom in 120 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr viele Sehenswerte Ziele im Umkreis von Einer Stunde.Auch Anfang Oktober noch bis 30, Nachtsaber auch schon mal unter 10 Grad .
