It is part of the property "Tenuta Pietreto". The farmhouse has been recently renovated and it kept unchanged the original architecture. Country house, surrounded by trees and fields. 4 houses in the resort. 1 km from the centre of Roccastrada, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: table tennis. Private: property 150 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 20.Oct.). 300 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 30 km. Riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Grosseto 35 km, Punta ala 40 km, Siena 50 km. Archery and many excursions in the surrounding areas.

Approx 3 m from the house there is an under cover wood burning oven and barbecue. The first floor is reached also by a outdoor staircase. Gîte situé dans la campagne mais ville à proximité pour les commerces. Endroit très confortable, propre, très bien avec la grande terrasse couverte. Les photos correspondent bien à ce lieu entouré de verdure. Accueil très sympathique. Merci à Mario.

Wunderbare Gegend

Das Haus/ die Häuser liegen in einer traumhaften Umgebung auf einem riesigen, wunderschönen Grundstück. Von der Terrasse blickt man in die wunderschöne Natur. Unsere Kinder hatten die Möglichkeit sich frei auf dem Geundstück zu bewegen und Kletterfelsen, Olivenplantagen unberührte Wiese oder die weitläufige Terrasse der Häuser zu erkunden. In der Umgebung kann man kleine Städtchen erkunden, Fahrradfahren oder größere Tagesausflüge unternehmen. Von Meer bis Florenz ist alles möglich. Sehr gut hat uns der Park mit Kunstwerken von Spoerri gefallen. Die Kinder wollten am liebsten am Haus bleiben und mit den Katzen spielen oder Stachelschwein Stacheln sammeln, die überall zu finden sind. Der Vermieter ist unheimlich nett. Er ist per WhatsApp immer zu erreichen und ist vor Ort wenn man seine Hilfe braucht. Er spricht hervorragend Englisch was uns sehr geholfen hat. Wir haben mehrfach Pizza im gemauerten Pizzaofen gebacken. Beim ersten Versuch hat uns der Vermieter Tipps gegeben und beim Backen unterstützt. Die Häuser haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Innenausstattung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zusammengestellt. Es gibt viele Details die die alten toskanischen Häuser so authentisch machen. Im eigenen Bett schlafe ich besser, aber der Ausblick, beim Frühstück ist auf der Terrasse in Roccastrada deutlich schöner. Das war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Gegend. Herzlichen Dank!

Fraaie ligging en uitzicht!

Fraaie en rustige ligging met prachtig uitzicht. Erg prettige gastheer. Prima huis met groot overkapt (schaduw) terras en de beschikking over een echte pizza-oven! Veel buitenruimte en daardoor ook zeer geschikt voor huisdieren.
