"My husband is in a motorized wheelchair, so accessibility is key. Overall, everything was great except for the back door lip. We had to use his sliding board as an extra step into the house because the outside lip was more than an inch high. If that gets adjusted, the house is extremely wheelchair friendly. "Overall the room was great! The bigger fridge and kitchenette was an added bonus. Breakfast was overall good. Only thing was that there was blood drops inside the shower curtain and the curtain by the window. Also we stayed in an accessible room and it the bathtub is dangerously slippery, so keep that in mind when booking."

"The property was dirty, there were people living at this facility not just vacationing. There were drug addicts walking around the property and swimming in the pool. There were intoxicated adults in the pool with young children. Our room phone, tv, remote, and shower head did not work.(they did replace the shower head) They clean once a week so you have to go trade in towels for new ones. We had to ask four times in one day to get new towels. There is no trash pick up so you have to walk to the dumpster if you fill your trash. There was hair in the coffee one morning and I turned around to show the front desk, not a single apology or anything they just said they would pour that one cup out for me. The breakfast is packaged cold muffins and that’s it. The washer worked which we used our last night since we had been to the beach all week, only to find out none of the dryers worked and we were forced to drive home 8 hours with a suitcase full of wet clothes.(no I did not get my money back for the $3 wash and the TWO 2.75 dryer cycles that did not work) The environment is extremely loud due to unattended children from people living there. The staff was not welcoming but almost inconvenienced by guest requests. It served its purpose with the full kitchen and the true fact of it comfortably sleeping six of us. But we will never go back and thankful we were only there at night."

"I have stayed at this hotel in the previous months with my service animal. They did not ask me for documents the previous time (nor are they legally allowed to) so I did not bring anything this time. Now they are charging a fee for my service animal because I don’t have the paperwork they say they “require.” This is extremely illegal. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), hotels are not allowed to ask for documentation, certification, or ID cards for a service animal. Not only this, but the lady at check in told me “I could have a dog too and say it’s a service animal” essentially implying I’m lying. Very unprofessional. They would not let me check in without paying the pet fee. And for being a new place the rooms are not as clean as they should be. There was hair in the corner of the restroom and in the towels. Rust through the shower."

"The hotel itself was lovely, the staff was excellent, check in was fast and easy, they were able to change our reservation on the fly, and help out with recommendations for dinner and things for teens to do. We had such a lovely stay. Will be coming back."
