"Very well kept property. The staff were very helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Main thing the hotel, rooms and beds need to be clean and comfortable which gives us travelers a peace of mind. The rest we can adjust to and work it out with the hotel."

"Checkin was efficient and friendly. Our room was quiet and at the end of the corridor. The bed was amazing and the pillows were the best. We were impressed with the bathroom. Ice was available at the other end of the corridor. There are plenty of option for eating. We had a voucher for a free drink. When we redeemed this the lady bar tender was very frosty about it and unhelpful with how it could be used. We ate at EP and our dinner order got lost due to a computer glitch but after around 40 mins our waitress checked what we had ordered. We weren’t goi g anywhere so it wasn’t a big deal. Easy and cheap self parking"

"At no fault to the property, it was concerning that Memphis is warning of car break ins and area hotels have gated their property. Not sure we will consider another trip to stay overnight in Memphis."
