It is the guests responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Credit card details are required for Bond security.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is poorly maintained, and overall cleanliness was poor. There is one small air conditioner in the main living area however it wasn’t able to cool any of the bedrooms. The property can become very hot in summer. The mattresses on all beds were the worst we’ve ever encountered, very thin and cheap. There is a substantial ant problem so if you’re willing to stay here, don’t leave food out in the kitchen.
