"Pros.Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Wifi and cable was Great. Showers were hot and had great water pressure. Staff was very nice and check-in was easy. The unit was clean and worked well for us and our 2 small dogs. The unit had a keurig coffee maker, and spices. The bed was comfortable. "The place is in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the little river is beautiful, and easy location to visit west side of the Smokey National park. The house is modest but clean, and the kitchen is surprisingly well stocked. The tvs are good and lastly the outdoor porch and set up is awesome! "

"We always take a trip with our besties & found that january & February are the best times time go. This was a cute cottage in a small cul-de-sac if you wanna call it. Quiet neighborhood. Just enough away from the noise of town but you could walk if you wanted to. The house was clean, just as described on the listing & hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again. "
