"I did not receive any notification regarding key collection by the check-in time (3:00 PM). Fortunately, a cleaning staff member was at hotel, so I was able to collect the keys. However, I do not recommend this hotel to guests who do not have a SIM card with voice calling capabilities, fluent language skills, and good luck. Except of no air conditioning, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay."
