"We stayed at White Buffalo Hotel for 3 nights. We were going to be late arrivals so called the front office 5PM and got voice mail. We requested a call back but never received one. I also sent a message through the Expedia app and received a reply the following day at 1PM. When we checked in, refrigerator in room was not working. We mentioned this at the front desk and got a new one the following day. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast isn’t served until 7AM so we had to ship it a few days to get into the park early enough to see wildlife. The one day that we did eat, there was a long line waiting at 7AM and the breakfast was ok. Location is very convenient."

"Canyon Lodge in a nice hotel that's maintained well. But understaffed cleaning crew struggles to clean rooms adequately and turn them over on a timely basis. Expect to wait past checking time to get into your room. Also important to note that WiFi is slow when it works and cell coverage is poor in the area. With no TV bring a book or games. While there are multiple food options in this area, being inside the park you are stuck with what they offer."
