I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was mesmerized by how spacious it was. Big rooms and lots of amenities (stove, fridge, blow dryer, kettle, etc). It did feel like a palance in many ways. The breakfast was spectacular and the coffees/teas were delicious! Lovely staff. They were kind, courteous and super accommodating!

Not clean at All
Not clean at all with a horrible smell. The place did not see safe to stay in. I check out after exactly 30 min.

Accommodating for families
Clean, great service. They also provided us mattresses for the floor for our kids to sleep on. Breakfast had things my picky kids eat, including scrambled eggs (made on-demand), corn flakes (with cold milk), pita bread + jam, watermelon, and juice.

They advertised free airport transfer, but was a lie. Even after showing them the add they denied it. Also no maid service.

Fairly comfortable and well managed hotel.
It was well put together and well maintained. There were towels in the room, as they should be. The TV was modern and working. The room was mostly quiet with modern aircoditioners that were the quietest that I've ever used. I couldn't access heat controls on either unit and the room became a bit chilly. In the end, it was a pleasant stay.

We had booked 3 two-bedroom suites. We prepaid with Expedia, and even had Expedia call the hotel directly to confirm the booking. The hotel blamed their booking software, but I believe they just did not want to pay Expedia's fee so they gave the rooms to someone who booked directly.

Great stay in great location
Great stay in a nice location with best service in term of hospitality,breakfast,staff and room quality and space. Near main road khurais and away from traffic. Opposite to stadium and near all services need such as resturant , grocery , shopping ...etc.

Very good service and facilities
All went well. I appreciated the courtesy fruit plate they offered me \but not the 4 large bars of chocolate (because I ended up eating them all and gaining weight!) I could not figure out how to turn on the water heater. I ended up taking a cold shower. I should have called and asked. And they should not have turned it off. Maybe I turned it off accidentally by pressing one of the buttons. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in a superior suite by the way.

Good place for family. The best thing for me was the free breakfast that you feel you live in 5 stars hotel, and every day they provide for you free Arabic coffee. I like this apartment and for sure I will visit it again.

الفندق ممتاز حق الي عنده شغل في المنطقة ..بعيد عن مركز المدينة .. هذي المرة الثالثة الي اقيم في الفندق وراح اكررها في زيارتي القادمة ..جميع الخدمات موجودة بالقريب من الفندق ،ملاحظتي فقط على عازل الصوت للغرف . طاقم الفندق متعاون

الفندق نظيف ومهتمين بالنظافة لدرجة تغليف جميع مناشف الحمام (اكرمكم الله) واستقبلوني وعائلتي بترحيب جميل وقدموا لنا سلة فواكه وشوكولاته وبعض الحلويات الشرقية مع القهوة كضيافة من الفندق بالاضافة الى رسالة ترحيب باسم مدير الفندق(بصراحه شي جميل جدا يحسسك بالاهتمام والترحيب) كما أن الفطور يتم ترتيبه بغرفتك وهو منوع وجميل شي لاتجده حتى بأفضل الفنادق العالمية الا برسوم كما ان حجم الجناح وأثاثه مناسب ولم نجد أي ملاحظات وأعجبني جدا وجود المايكرويف وماكينة إعداد القهوة نسبرسو وكمية منوعة من اجود انواع الشاي
