"I had a great stay at Hotel Xcaret México. The all-inclusive experience is amazing—not just food and drinks, but also access to parks, which makes it very unique. The resort is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Food quality was excellent, though reservations for popular restaurants can be hard to get. Overall, a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure—highly recommend!"

"You had to make reservations for certain restaurants as not all are open all the time. The restaurant schedule is confusing. Some people were getting a tour and things explained to them but we got nothing explained to us about the property. It was check in and nothing. Also note there’s different levels of service you get with the color of your band. Loved though that you don’t have to wake up at 7am to find seats at the beach and it was more relaxing vs wild with kids. "

"Highly recommend if you're looking for an alternative to mega-resorts. Property size made it easy to navigate, especially if travelling with friends. Food options were all tasty, pool & room service reasonably speedy. Nice rooms. A couple notes for your booking consideration, if you're oceanfront but lower floor, your ocean view may be obstructed by trees. If you use resort credits for the spa, you only have access to the treatment not the facilities-- which was strange. There were lots of weddings, at least one for each day we were there. Also, a fair amount of corporate travellers. On the last day, people were running around in suits and lanyards-- usually the scene I'm trying to leave back home. Lastly, just a tip not an issue, prices in their bottle shop were 4-5x higher than at home prices, so if you want something specific bring it with you."

"We stayed at this incredible resort for the first time with my family for 5 days. When booking thru Expedia we had VIP access which allowed us to visit the other connecting resorts including family selection and their many delicious restaurants, we tried to do most of them-did not disappoint. Our fav one was el dorado. From the reviews we saw it is advisable to reserve your dinner selection early and we did ours from the 1st night, the concierge was able to connect with us throughout our stay via WhatsApp which was really convenient. Our room was well kept and had special little treats for us which was a nice touch. You must stay at this resort, so much to do with your kids and enjoy-i suggest downloading the app for the schedule of whats happening around the resort so you don’t miss out. The resort has many surprises of animals on the property from spider monkeys, capybaras, iguanas, coatis and flamingos so FUN to see! There is also a night market one night we enjoyed having meeting local vendors. Thank you to the team at this resort for making our stay a memorable one! "

"Initially had a swim out room on the seaside suite side of the resort. If you don’t want to constantly hear loud music and screaming 24/7 I would highly recommend booking on the palm side of the resort. It is a night and day difference and so peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for! All the staff were super accommodating and friendly, the palm side of the resort is a lot nicer and more of the restaurants are on that side as well as access to all pools. Our trip was changed for the better immediately after changing to the palm side of the resort and had no complaints once being switched. Excellent service, lots of food options, cabanas everywhere, and beautiful. "

"This resort was honestly one of my best experiences in Mexico so far. Loads of activities for the kids, food was a solid 8/10 most days and swimming with the turtles was amazing, staff was also very helpful. We travelled with a group and found it easy to get around. Definitely would recommend and plan to go back in the near future. My only concern which is pretty minor was the smell of the pool bar bathrooms. "

"Our stay at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so attentive and welcoming. The resort itself is beautiful and incredibly clean, you can really tell they take great pride in maintaining the grounds. Every area felt well cared for and relaxing. The staff were truly INCREDIBLE. Guest services consistently checked in on us, and since we booked through Expedia, we even received a complimentary hydrotherapy spa experience, which was such a nice touch. At dinner each night, the staff always made sure we were happy, and the service at every restaurant was top-tier. Our favorite experience was Carnal—the show and the food were both AMAZING and definitely a highlight of our trip! But the person who truly made our stay unforgettable was Isaias, the bartender at Sambay. He went above and beyond for my boyfriend and me, providing exceptional service and making every visit so fun and memorable. Overall, this resort was nothing short of perfect. If you’re thinking about going—DO IT. You won’t regret it! "
