"Very professional staff, very friendly, always available to help and very kind. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful in any way possible and made sure our stay was comfortable and friendly enjoyable. Whenever there was an issue they made it a priority to tend to it right away and Proactively apologized for any and all inconveniences. I would definitely go back to this hotel. The food was amazing all around and it was always available in abundant quantities. This is a great resort for family stays as there are many amenities to keep children of all ages entertained and happy throughout the entire stay . "Best all inclusive of several I have visited in Cancun/Tulum area. Well trained friendly staff. No lines for dining, drinks or other activities. Rooms extremely well maintained and updated. Pool options great for both adults with swim up bar and entertainment and kids with slides and no pool bar. Air conditioning excellent. Cute little mammals wandering property grounds. Will go back with family"

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing!! All of the staff are super helpful and the restaurants are delicious! I don’t think we had a single bad meal. While staying here, you have access to 3 other resorts as well as a shopping center that is a great place to go for souvenirs. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!"

"We had a wonderful time. The staff were all very kind and helpful, the beach was clean, we could always find a chair at the beach or pool, the Concierge was very helpful at finding us a la carte restaurants to book us in. They remembered our names. It was my moms birthday so we ordered a cake and decor to her room, and it was so wonderful! They even decorated it again the next day, and gave her a cake at one of the restaurants! Wonderful time!"
