"It’s a mid level all inclusive. The typical dealing with people putting towels out at 530am then not coming out to the pool till noon. Average food and average feel. Sometimes you get stuck going to a resort like this based on extended families affordability. "

"We just checked out today and wanted to give a review, especially after seeing lot of negative reviews. We were contemplating cancelling but decided to come anyways 1) Room service in building 3: after seeing all the terrible reviews, our experience was opposite! When we first checked in and they told us we were in building 3, we thought oh great, here we go. Nope - we ordered room service multiple times through the app, and we always got it ahead of schedule! We ordered at peak times too 2) Theft: We left all our electronics out in the room and had our passports and money and wallet in the safe at all times and had nothing stolen 3) I can’t even tell you how amazing the food was - Jasmine was our favourite, both for the preferred breakfast and supper! We didn’t get sick once and couldn’t believe how amazing the food was 4) We were hearing from others who were in building 1 that they kept getting notes under their door and hounded for the timeshare presentation, but we were in building 3 - they asked us once at check in, we said no, and was never asked again. Nothing under our door. At one point our door didn’t close all the way, so it was slightly opened and we immediately received a courtesy call letting us know. If we didn’t answer, they assumed we were out of the room and were going to close it for us. We were on our way out anyways and when we left, the guard was standing outside our room. Top tier service! "

"Room was clean, staff were super attentive and great besides the man running the taco stand by the Palms lobby, he was a little annoyed when serving. Driftwood and La Carreta were our favorite restaurant. We ate there everyday."

"Great aqua exercise program each day at the pool Really enjoyed it ! Selection of pools was great to relocate at different times of the day. Sorry we have to leave😞"

"Property was ok. Trash in places. The swim up pools smelled like a lake. The beach was not in great condition. Couldn’t really get any adult beverages until 10am. The staff very pushy about the legendary club even called the room multi times a day. Won’t be returning to this resort. "
