You have to have a key card in order to access any of the floors that were not the main floor or lobby floor. "Read all the reviews - age of the property, no A/C. Booked it anyway based on price and location. The area is leafy, a few high end restaurants, steep incline from Pike Place. It's 100 years old and nicely appointed for it's age. Windows open & they have fans. Two lovely patios. Quiet despite hospital across street. No real homeless presence. Absolutely loved it and would stay again."
