"An affordable alternative to staying at the casino. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. There was a convenient shuttle bus running every 20 minutes to the casino. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The place could not have been more perfect for our family with 3 boys and other family members who love water activities! We actually ended up buying and leaving 2 fishing poles and 2 crab rings at the property, which I hope they will leave for others to use. We had a class reunion event at the USCG Academy & had a full schedule the whole weekend, but the place was so nice we missed a couple of events and delayed getting to events and left the events as soon as possible so that we can get back to the house to fish, enjoy the view or visit. We used and enjoyed every bit of the property, except the card room! The living areas, the deck and the dock were so perfect for visiting, playing and enjoying the outdoors that the TV was never turned on and the boys didn’t even do any screen activities! My only complaint is that the beds did not have top/flat sheets. The nights were not cold enough for a comforter, but a flat sheet would’ve been perfect. Other than the above detail, they thought of almost everything to make things convenient for the guests! (I’m a host myself and like to make my guests feel at home and have the conveniences of being home. They did a great job on that and met my expectations.)Next time we’re in the area, we will definitely book this place again. I would definitely recommend staying here for any families or groups that need plenty of space and love the outdoors. The hosts are responsive. The house and location is fantastic! The view was amazing!"

"Elliot was available and courteous reservation and check in easy. Upon arrival 1st floor bathroom sink was not draining well, 2nd floor bathroom tub does not drain well hot and cold water are reversed sink water is also reversed. Missing sheet rock in dining room. All walls have either nails popping or water damage. We only slept at the residence one evening. I manage multiple high end properties on Nantucket and maintaining them year round. First impression is Most important to insure future visits. The issues in your property are fixable and should be addressed sooner than later. At this point I could not recommend this property. When we have a problem with one of our properties typically a credit would be issued to the guest. My only other recommendation is to remove the sliding barrel bolt lock on the inside of residence, that made me feel like I was inside barn or shed."

"Very nice updated property that was well stocked with needed supplies. Having the washer and dryer was especially helpful. The property was clean and attractive with plenty of room for our three guests. Love the proximity to BF Clyde’s Cider Mill. The cider donuts and slushies were fabulous! Thanks so much for sharing your rental with us."

"Excelent location and couple minutes to Mohegan Casino. Very quiet neighborhood and very little traffic. Home was inviting and comfortable. Will look to book again, if available for our next trip!"
