The AC was not working. The first night was too late (arrived late) and couldn’t register a complaint. Sleep was bad due to the room temperature and non-functional AC during a Miami summer night. Had meetings during the next day and the maintenance engineering staff was gone for the day, making it too late to fix the AC for the second night as well. Hot room temperature continued for a second night in a row. All they did for me was waive one night resort fee of $34! Would unfortunately not stay at this place again.

I didn't like the ice situation.. needed to come all the way down to the front desk and ask for ice... you then waited for the attendant to free up and go get a plastic grocery bag of ice.. maybe 4lbs of ice...
I didn't like the parking situation.. they wanted to charge me for parking($35/nite) after my booking price included parking which they seemed to be unaware. After showing them pictures from the Expedia website they still proceeded to look into it.. not smooth
