If you are coming to Lincoln Landing for a fishing tournament their is not better place to stay. They have plent of space and plugs for your boat. The hotel is right on the river so it has a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros - The staff was very friendly. The view was amazing! The shower pressure was awesome. Cons - The room next to us and down the hall both had cracked glass windows. We had no hand towels and when we asked for some…the desk clerk accidentally gave us bath mats. And I would recommend just not advertising the breakfast.

Super nice family that owns and manages property. Not the cleanest rooms, dated tubs, it is what it is, it’s a room. I felt safe. Easy on and off i20. Sits on a beautiful lake! stayed for Talladega 500.

The owner of this property obviously takes great care and pride of their hotel. They are busy keeping the area and hotel looking well groomed. We were in town for a fishing tournament and when we pulled in with our boat I was met outside and was told where I could park the boat and plug it in to charge the batteries.

It was almost tolerable until I was discriminated against from my disability and the fact that they seem to think they are doctors that can tell if a person has a disability or not. Also, they seem to be able to tell if a dog is actually a service dog and not a personal dog. This discriminates against every right that the handicap and disabled have and it’s preposterous and it needs to stop immediately here and now we reserve the right to expect a written apology from the owners and the promise that this will never happen again, and that their staff will be educated on the topic

Beautiful setting on the water with a bistro set up and nice pool. Unfortunately, it was winter time so I couldn’t enjoy those but in the summer this will be a beautiful place to stay. Otherwise, my room was clean and quiet.

Stopped for just one night. The rooms were very clean and smelled good. Service was great. Beautiful view of the river. We slept in and it was quite. My son left his iPhone watch and they called us within 5 minutes of leaving to tell us they found it in our room. It was at the desk waiting when we returned. If ever in the area we will stay here for sure. Best stay under $100 we’ve ever had.

Make sure you know that you need to pay extra for a room that faces the lake. We did see a small German roach in the room and that is concerning. Certainly don’t want to bring those home with you. The room smelled VERY strongly of inscents and that bothered my allergies. The front desk was kind. No breakfast was included and coffee pot in the lobby was broken.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Sorry for inconvenience. Facing river rooms are upgraded. Usually , pest control used to come once a month but now, he is coming twice a month to spray. Additionally, Coffee machine is fixed. now, you can enjoy a coffee seating on lake.

Check in was fine, my husband found a live roach in the bed, we saw a dead one by the front door and in the bathroom. It says that it offers breakfast they offered small muffins for breakfast. I don't think we will be staying here again.

Great stay in Riverside
Our only complaint is how small the bathroom is and the that there isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Landscaping and proximity to the river is fabulous.

Very pretty location and pool well kept, new paint with a very strong paint smell, comfortable bed and no bugs with a quiet room. Could not drink the coffee in the room as it smelled like chemicals and they provided no breakfast so left without coffee, no notice that the lunchroom was under repair and no refund for not providing breakfast as was listed in booking

Great weekend stay
the staff was amazing friendly and helpful..The hotel was in middle of remodel .The only issue we had was they must had recently sprayed because there were several dead bugs and several live ones just inside of the door coming out of trim…We did not notify or complain because rest of room was clean and new and we had a very pleasant stay!

The room was absolutely disgusting. Streaks of old spilled things down the furniture, chunks of something on the bathroom wall and dead bugs in the towels. I don’t even want to discuss the smell. The plugs in the room didn’t work to plug anything into and the internet was nonexistent. There was no iron, even though one was needed and the ironing board was so stained that even if there were, I’m not certain we would’ve used the board. A small fridge would also be very helpful.

Great place to stay
This was an older motel but it was very clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. Since the breakfast was still not being served we were told which places usually had the best food. The place suggested for dinner was amazing! We found the view of the river beautiful ,it sure was nice to sit in lawn chairs and relax while other family members stayed at a bigger hotel. Their view was other buildings,stores and roads with no grassey areas. I would stay here again anytime.
