My check in time was 3:00 pm I arrived 3:30 pm . My room wasn’t ready they had told me to wait 20 minutes. Ok not a problem I will wait . I have them 30 minutes went to check nope still not ready yet . I had to wait 2 hours just for them to give me my room. Not okay.

There were people in the parking lot doing questionable things and i didnt feel safe at all. I actually didnt even stay the night and left for a safer environment

I stayed here with my family for a week the only down side is that there is no fridge or microwave they did have a laundry room and everything was very clean

So far it has been a saving grace. Windows are a bit thin but holds room heat or air.

A frightful night
My stay was very frightful, my room was clean but there was many homeless and weird people outside of the hotel, I woke up in the middle of the night to a woman screaming outside that hotel I was very frightful I don't think I recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again

The front desk rep Cameron was rude and terrible and completely unprofessional. The room was smelling and dirty.Cameron was the worst person i have ever encountered while using Motel 6.this needs to be escalated

DO NOT STAY HERE
This by far is the worst motel i have stayed at and that is saying alot check in was fine and easy enough i found the employee to be slightly strange but not a big deal my room was disgusting obviously poorly cared for dust and dirt on every surface to touch the bed i slept in had a huge dent in the middle i had quite a few bed bug bites on my body i dare to question if they change the sheets my shower had a roach looking bug inside it in the night someone was banging on the wall loud and hard i go knock on the door to ask if they can stop i was exhausted from a long drive but i find that its actually a employee with a hammer hitting the tv claiming he was tying to fix it he asked if he can help me with something i asked him to stop people were loud and slamming doors all night going in and out the rooms i got very little sleep this by far was the WORST STAY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED and will never return if you pay cheap you can certainly expect cheap in return a lesson i learned

For what you’re paying for I can’t complain, and the sweet, sweet, sweet lady at the front desk could not be any sweeter. She is the highlight of the entire hotel, even though it's in a bad area and there are some unsavory personalities that like to populate the area occasionally. soluble

Don’t leave your dog alone in the room all night!!
Occupants below me left their dog in the room and went out partying all night. Dog kept barking incessantly. I ended up getting up and leaving at 2 AM to find another hotel. Called the front desk and they sent security but I know there’s not much they can do.

I love the on-site laundry and vending. The facility is also beautiful to look at with all of their trees and flowers. The only thing that I did not like were the roaches the size of my eyes. Scared my kids and made them not even want to eat in the room.

My stay here was good. I like to stay here because they have a laundry facility on site. The other motels in Riverside by the mall do not have.

Room was dirty. Sink was cracked. Room smelled like cat pee. Tub was so dirty inwouldnt shower in it. Phone kept ringing all ringing all night with prank calls. Finally had to unplug it.
