The only plus was the king size bed. The room had spots on the wall, probably from the various bugs that have been killed on there. On our 2nd night there, there was a spider on the wall waiting by my side of the bed. The staff was friendly, but check-in wasn’t the smoothest. The whole hotel smelled rather musky. The shower head in our bathroom was broken with water spilling everywhere. The area is know to be dangerous and we were told to not walk around that neighborhood. Parking lot is shared with the Bowlero bowling alley so there a lots of people hanging out by their cars. Not the best experience.

Bed was very confortablr. Shower was great. TV was huge! Staff was very buce and breakfast was quick and easy. Unfortunately the building was run down somewhat and there were stains on the armchair cushions, bed frame and floor. Plus there was an insect in the room that we killed, not seeing any others after.

This was an enjoyable stay. I moved from the east coast back to the Palm Springs area around Easter and the COACHELLA music festival. I needed a safe, affordable and convenient place to stay while house hunting. XOLA wound up being the prfect place. My wife is a full time student and needed reliable internet and quiet conditions to take exams and do classwork. We were on a budget. We were accomodated on rverything we needed. The staff was accommodating on every request. Great experience! We wound up being there 2 weeks and finally found our perfect home to live in the Palm Springs area. Highly Recommended!

Hotel Xola is an older property that was clearly remodeled recently. Our room was clean and comfortable, and even though there was a family next door to us with children, we could not hear them through the walls. Nor could we hear traffic noise, despite proximity to the freeway and a main thoroughfare. We constantly saw the cleaning staff making their rounds and doing laundry, and we could smell the cleaning products after they had gone. The other staff was very helpful and friendly, and there was good breakfast to be had in the mornings between 6 and 9. Overall...if you need a modern hotel with all the latest amenities, you won't enjoy it here. But if you want a clean room for a good price with nice staff, this is a good place for you.

I would definitely stay here again! The price is good, location is great. My friend and I stayed here and were able to walk to restaurants for food. The rooms and beds were fairly big, and these were the comfiest hotel pillows I've ever slept on. Definitely recommend.

The stay at Xola was good. However, the website is not updated and I didn’t read the fine print of the contract. But checkout on the website is 12am but the contract said 11am so that’s just shady. Overall, good hotel but just read the fine print.

I will come back here if I’m in the area again. The rooms were more like resort style. I had a nice leather chair in my room along with a nice king size bed. I also had a freezer/fridge which I always like. The one thing I didn’t like was that the breakfast was a brown bag style like they did in Covid.

The property wasn’t bad some of the walls were peeling but it did feel dirty and we didn’t have hot water to shower and so did other rooms the past weekend. I will be staying here again though just small things that can be fixed.

Both ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful, the lady that checked me in though was such an angel. She was so kind and walked us to our room because something happened with our door at first. The room was very clean, and for the price I wasn’t expecting an absolutely perfect room but the one we got was nice! The bed was clean and so comfortable. The area was quiet and parking was never an issue. Check out was quick and easy, and the same lady that checked me in checked me out. Again, she’s so nice! Thank you Hotel Xola!
