"Room was OK, fairly clean. Water pressure was nonexistent from the shower, even though it had a very fancy multi option shower with lots of nozzles the pressure was garbage. The pool had to be spiked with so much chlorine to offset the disgusting clientele that was staying at the hotel. Which is understandable, however, I did not use the pool or hot tub due to that reason. Had a very delicious steak dinner at 34th St. restaurant, but the waitress was absolutely miserable the whole time. Had to come back to our table 3 times because they were out of meat and our group had to re-order different meals. Only came back for one refill of drinks. Just looked irritated that we were there the whole time. Hotel smelled like pot from guest smoking in their rooms."

"The property and staff were excellent. The problem was that this hotel was booked through Expedia and upon arrival the credit card was declined bc Expedia or their booking agent gave the wrong credit card when they reserved the room. I had to pay for the room again. So now I have two charges for this room and Expedia says I am not entitled to a refund although I had paid for insurance for cancellation emergencies etc. I believe they are responsible for the error that was made and it shouldn’t be at my expense. They say they were unable to reach hotel for confirmation but staff say no call came through!! Please be hesitant to use Expedia for booking process bc the hotel is clean breakfast was good and the staff are very friendly and helpful!"
