The room was really cute and the bed was extremely comfortable! The property was well kept and the grass was super soft! The staff were very helpful and kind. I loved the picnic basket breakfast!

Overall a good experience. Hotel room was one of the priciest but condition was worse for wear (dated bathroom with stained tub, chips and cracks in wall, furniture and such, rusty bikes with flat tires, etc.). That being said, the room was spacious with a private deck and the daily breakfast basket was a cute touch. Entire place needs a renovation. Staff looked like summer hires who didn’t really connote luxury or top tier service. Beach was nice, grounds were nice, location feels like an escape. Disappointed in the room and physical property, but I can see what it’s supposed to be with a little fine tuning.

Spacious room with table and chairs. Breakfast was a great to start the day. Fresh fruit, yogurt and a delicious bagel. Also loved the in-room Nespresso machine. The hot tub was fantastic on a chilly evening, then I got right into my thick hooded bathrobe that came in the room.

Loved the space. We stayed in the suite upstairs and it was so spacious. Had a cute sitting area and it was nice and clean. One downside is the access other guests have to the balcony. Anyone can just come up the stairs and look in your windows if the curtains are not closed just right. Customer service was good and we really enjoyed the cute breakfast baskets in the morning.

This was our third time staying here. The rooms are clean, the property is quiet, and the view is tranquil. The only way they could be better is getting more partnerships with local businesses and advertising them to guests before their stay (e.g. an email digest) to help guide those who book early.

I absolutely love this place. I took my mom for a quick getaway to release some stress and it did just that. The atmosphere, the sound of the ocean and birds in the morning was just what we needed. I do have to say we encounter 1 or 2 hiccups. Our room looked spotless but, when we opened the door it smelled like pet. We understand that its a pet friendly place which is one of our many reasons for choosing this awesome place but I did not experience this the first time. Also, our basket breakfast was not dropped off at 9am so I had to walk over at 9:18 to the front desk to inquire about it . They were very apologetic and within 5mins we had our breakfast basket delivered amd were able to enjoy it out in the patio. The experience and relaxation overall is a 10 out 10 and will return again.

I booked the Deluxe Penthouse Suite for my sister and I as a quick Get Well Getaway while I recover from shoulder surgery. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful, kind and accommodating. The balcony had a beautiful view of the water. We got to relax and unwind in a private, quiet setting and marathon The Pitt. We added on In Suite Massages and they were amazing! My sister and I were looking forward to using the sauna which was not working at the time of our stay, so we were slightly disappointed but we will definitely come back again and look forward to trying it on the next visit. The hotel is in a good location as far as distance to restaurants. I would strongly recommend Aqua for your next trip to the Riverhead area. We were beyond pleased!

This was an amazing experience. 100% recommend if you looking for a great place to kick back and enjoy the beach view. The staff were great and kind and do such an amazing job on making sure you are enjoying your stay. I can’t wait to come back again.
