The only issue I had was my room was on the fifth floor and there was only one elevator working the entire time I was there which led to some long lines and tense moments between guests."

I thought the buffet breakfast was inclusive, but it was not. There was a struggle to get into the building with my luggage because the door was so heavy and I am disabled all in all it was "
